CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 20% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of appointment time. There is a 15 minute grace period. Any clients to show up for their appointment later than the grace period will need to reschedule their appointment. They will also be charged a 20% cancellation fee of the service price.
